T/o-ant egg bob-rainbow robert i cant make up my mind

had to roll up the hwy mon to work in bishop on mon and tues , got up there and got started droping materals , next thing i knew one of my paiute pals stopped by the job site he dont dont take off i have someting for you. i went back to work ,thinking about the ol fishin hole , dave shows back up and he's got a bag of ant eggs , he says here you go troutboy,,,lol,,,.i got off work and only had time to go to the meat grinder. set up on my rock and started the session ,the fish were really hungry and were figthing really good,,i'll be up there right after the 4th ,i hope i can go to smitty's.

what was really funny was one of these rainbows i caught three times he had a spot on his gill slat were he had been hurt from something,,,,,,,,,,,,,,t/o,,,,,,,,,

So THAT's what they look like! I've heard of people using ant eggs, but always imagined that they were those little tiny ones (like this size: . ), and wondered how you get them onto hooks.

What kind of ant hatches from those? Must be giants.

IVE USED SEVERAL KINDS FROM THE BOYS, THOSE THEY GOT UP THE BISHOP CREEK NEAR THE CAMPROUNDS ,HIGHER ELEVATION ANTS,JUST PUT 4 OR 5 ON BY THEM SELVES OR A COUPLE WITH A CRICKET THERE JUICE GETS ON THE CRICKET AND THE TROUT GO NUTTS ,I SHOULD HAVE SAVED SOME IN THE FREEZER FOR MY TRIP UP TO THE INTAKE 2,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,t/o,,,,,,
