Anyone know who the captain is on the Liberty?

I haven't been on the Liberty I think since Anthony was captain and Ghetto Dad worked there not sure what happen to him either?

The captain of the Liberty is Johnny Jordan, former owner of the Tide Change (now New Hustler).
