not a low tide beach, IMO.
mostly bsp, yfc, sharks and rays.
it is the sfc season, so they should be roaming around.
right now there is a lot of kelp there.
check it out and let us know.

All the time, the only reason I hit San Diego so much is that I live on the base but home is LA so I'm up here Fri-sun
