Lake Sutherland, Romona

After looking through one of my fishing books and researching Lake Sutherland, I'm thinking about taking a little trip to check it out. Apparently the lake is only open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, and closed through the winter. Any info or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance :)

Good place to hunt turkey at. Never fished it though. I heard they recently opened it to bowfishing.
