YEP!!
Most always at any spot where a canal flows into the duct,,,,,,,dont know if there are any spots like that down in your area skyler but there are a few between coalinga and bako here in our valley

my in laws carp bow fishing in central cali they get them all the time so if u want go for it

Not sure what the laws are regarding bow fishing in the duct or what area you're in, but there are more than a few large carp swimming around in the AV section of the duct too. I see them all the time near the Sierra Hwy siphon (upflow) and around the Littlerock siphon outlet (72nd st W.)
