Finally beat the skunk. Got to the park at around 9PM. Rod was in the water by 9:05. Fish was on and in the bucket by 9:15. It was the only bite of the night though. Pretty decent-sized channel cat. Around 2.5 lbs. Guess they are still on the chew. Would love to meet some of ya'll there. PM if you guys wanna go.

How late is Cerritos open??

define "open"

lol there is no gate, but sometimes the 5-0/OneTime/PoPo/Fuzz comes around and kick you out if its really late.. There is a sign that states what time you can fish til but I forget the exact time. I've been there til 12, and ive been kicked out at 10. Just depends on the night.

I would say that you could stay there until the whenever because I have never been kicked out. That was until I went to another park in Cerritos to play cards with a friend. A cop came on by and gave me a misdemeanor ticket for staying at the park after hours. I got a misdemeanor from a Cerritos sheriff for playing cards....Bullcrap. Sorry that's my rant for the day.
