Decided to meet my dad and his friend out there to try this lake out. It was super busy to many boats on that little lake and the boaters had no idea what they were doing going right over our lines not caring multiple time by multiple people. only got hung up by boaters 2 times but could of been worse. anyway on to the fishing on the first cast i caught a little chunk lmb on a drop shot robo and then i caught a trout on my first cast bait and wait pole with garlic pb with love sauce, i let the little guy with us reel it in, then i hooked up with another trout same set up and got snagged on a rock. no one else in our group caught a fish. fun day cool lake here a few pics i took.

Monday i went shooting and just felt like posting the pics from then up here too haha.

Dude remind me never to mess with you when I see you out at Silverwood!

Cuyamaca can be a great lake but yup it gets hit by quite a few that have no idea have to boat it, scares me to be out in a float tube.

haha im going to be at silverwood in a week or two a bunch my little bro is coming down to stay with me and we will be there most the time haha.
ya i was thinking about taking the tube out and im glad i didnt after i saw that nightmare of boaters out there.

Water is WAY up! I'm hoping for an early start to topwater season. You know how to contact me for the latest conditions.

i didnt take them fishing if thats what you thought i did. i said monday i went shooting. up in the desert by the air force base.

Yep. You are correct; Some boaters on L.C. do not know what they are doing! There is a back side to the lake that would be perfect for float tubing. Great little lake though- Always catch there!
