Spring valley lake/horseshoe lake/pelican lake?

If i dont head to the duct i might go here, i fish for cats, panfish, and trout. Any advice on rigs and bait would be appreciated.

Spring Valley Lake is private, Horseshoe is drained, and Pelican should have begun catfish plants... best o luck
