DV or Castaic...made a last minute call and headed to Castaic on Fri morning. It drizzled, no sun, and the wind picked up pretty early in the mornging. Between my partner and I, we managed 15. Biggest was about 3lbs. First trip this year at Castaic and could not fiqure them out....guess thats why its fishing. Oh well, will make the last minute call again next week and will see where I end up. Senkos seem to be the ticket, nothing on the reaction. Got 1 on a brushog. Did not see any shad, but really did not look that hard. It was tough fishing, worked for every fish.
