Went to nph with bassfishing24/7 to do some AM bassing..
Went super early, small Croakers were extremely numerous this time, most short-bite's i've had in a long time.. pretty frustrating..
I farmed three bass that darted out unexpectedly just before I pulled the plastic out of the water.. Next time i'll bring some less flexible hooks, it's pretty hard to get a good hookset with Lazer Sharp hooks.. those things are way too flimsy!
I kept foul-hooking croakers, first I thought I had a huge bass, but it ended up being a YFC foul hooked on it's side.. These guys must be breeding right now, because I've never bumped into so many YFC like this.
24/7 got a couple of bass and a pancake.. (i dont have a pic of the hali or the other bass he caught)

Around 7-8 am the bass were more active, finally got a good hookset, and got this bass:

Finally nailed one of those bastards that kept short biting me:

We spent the last 40 minutes chillin with some mussel out, I caught a nice YFC that slipped away from me before I could snap a pic..
24/7 got a nice fat black perch..

Left around 1pm.. sorry for the crummy quality, I just couldnt get my phone to work well with that overcast. Takes much better pics in full sun.
