Heading out of Long Beach in search of Albacore. Does anyone know if they are still hanging around the butterfly or have they moved north?

They're still out there.....just have to work a little harder....it's been an afternoon bite for the most part, although thats day by day and can go WFO at anytime once again..

I boated over to Catalina today (Tues) with my daughter for lunch... talked to some guys who headed out towards San Clemente Island looking for albies, no luck, no albies in that area as far as they were concerned.

Yeah looks like they moved. The Butterfly is a bank about 5 to 8 miles south of Clemente, that's where they were last week
