Nice fish Garry, it doesnt look like your able to stay there past sunrise but if you are keep a look out along the shoreline for shad, iff you see the eggrets and herons working the shoreline could have a shad run pretty soon.
Today the lake was closed to launching because of wind, didn't open till 2:00 pm, still windy but fishing was good.

Yeah I've been seeing the shad too and been catching many of those shad feeders as well on lures.... went last night also but the bite was not as solid only landed 2 but battled high winds...

everyday things are changing...especially since the stop of influx of water...we'll now see the super algae bloom increase 10 fold day by day but subsequently that should stir those baitfish with all those micro organisms... we know who follws after that...seen it already happen last week
