After seeing all the carnage that bob has been putting on them mid fish i figured it was my turn to have a go.


Got in touch with a friend that has been wanting to try catching a fish or 2 and was at the gate at 6am,,,seen P/ROSE at the gate and she said she would be interested in a few catfish nuggets for her and her man if we happend to do any baiting,,,so we bought a bag of chovies at the gate and headed out.


Fish were scatterd all along abought a mile of shoreline ,,,back and forth along that bank was all it took to fill our bags,,,,,,,,,every pass put us on at least a couple more jailbirds,,,,,,,striper limits by 11 am,,,,,14 inches to abought 3 lbs,,,,,only took abought 10 minutes to get the kitty after that for pyramid rose,,,loaded the boat,,,,cleaned the fish,,,droped the kitty kat off for p/rose and was out by 12 30 ish,,,,,,,,,,,,,GREAT TIME.

My next trip there will be sometime early june,,,,CANT WAIT!,,,,Took some time off from work then.
