Those two we're the first ones that came to my mind too, but I'll also add Big Bear and Diamond Valley.
If you have the time and patience Fairmont, Rancho Jurupa and Seccombe parks in Riverside and downtown San Bernardino are right around the corner. Nice thing about Colton is you can go in any direction and find a fishable body of water pretty close. Good Luck
