Same to you Karyn. My mom has been gone for five years now and I still celebrate Mothers Day in my heart just for her. This mothers day is a little more meaningfull to me because I lost my dad last night at 10:30 pm, he was 97 years old.35182

'old pudd fisher', I'm sorry to hear that your dad passed away. I know how that feels when my husband's dad died. We were very close to him, and he treated me better then his own daughter. It took me a long time to move on. I believe that when our loved one dies, their body is gone, but their spirit will remain alive. They will watch over us, and they will live in our heart forever. They will live in our memories each time we remember them with all the wonderful time we had together. Take care!

My boys are awesome! They went to the tackle store and picked up some plastics and other little items. I was impressed by thier choices and efforts. So, now, I am ready for the beach! Going on the halibut hunt. Only one problem... I have a nice bait caster reel and a circle reel (don't know what it's called) that I don't know how to use correctly (it keeps backlashing) and I need help learning how to use it. But it's all good : )
