Got to the lake around 7:20 with only 1 person in line. Headed to my usual spot got 4 fish within the first 40 minutes then I lost the lure which was the only one I had :(. Spent all day looking for other baits to work but they weren't really too interested in the other ones. Managed 4 more fish throughout the day. Before heading home I decided to tinker with light line. I still regret it ..... I hooked into a, what had to be a real good fish. On 6LB test it peeled drag ridiculously fast then just broke the line after 10~15 seconds of taking drag. So... if you ever catch a fish with 50 yards of line dragging behind him lol let me know how big it was. Biggest of the day was around 2.5lbs. I'll be posting weights from now on, since my scale just arrived =). I'll post couple pics later.
