San Antonio Fishing

Heading to San Antonio Thursday to try my hand at the Stripers. I have an A Rig with some really nice colored Shad swimbaits. A few topwaters/ spoons. Also gonna try a little drop shotting for some smallies. Any advice would be greatly appreciated (areas, time of day). Hope to see some of you guys out there.

early morning, late afternoon usually, check your meter for shad balls when trolling your u-rig, any boils stay max casting distance from them and work your top water, if you get too close they will sync out-father you can cast from the boil the longer it will last. good luck and pls post your trip :)
