The kill should be done quick and humanly (especially with a crowd).

Another way is cut the brain with a knife. A cut to the gills and tail cut off
will help bleed it. Then cut off the head followed by gutting. Last ice.

Best to release Leopards but if you keep one do it correctly.
Minimum DFG size is 36" Limit 3. I've never kept one.
