Full Moon May 5th 2012

Have ya looked at the extra large full moon tonight ? It's the biggest of the year like by 14% . May not look big but it sure is bright.

Took this with my telescope and my iphone.
It looked the same the night before too.
Sorry, half the moon is hanging out of view so it doesn't look full.

Amazing Moon!!!!
I live in the high Desert, a lot clearer/cleaner air then down the hill...
Walked out just to see the Moon last night!!!!

I live in the high Desert too, Hesperia. The moon was very bright. I bet fishing at Big Bear lake last night would have been great in the moonlight.
