The Goon - Revisiting the re-visit

Hit the lagoon again…..

Landed 4 feesh and broke 1 off (fray in line- and I knew it….duhhhh didn’t re-tie)

Didn’t photo the others….they ran about 2 ½ lbs respectively (the one that broke off signifigantly bigger)


Banged it real hard….not easy pickin’s but squeezed the action out..


Nice fat hawg came up for a nice photo op and then returned to go tell all the others her story of how some human slammed some sharp object into it’s mouth and started flashing this bright light in her eyes (see bugged eyes in pic….ha ha ha)

Grats, good fish again.

I may night fish for a bit this evening after I help out at the main ramp up top.

hopefully i see you out there one night. I went like 4 days ago and got there at 8:30 cause i got off work late and had to drive from pasadena and we got skunked. fished hard but no luck. It got really windy and stayed till about mid night. Im going out with SDDave on monday so hopefully we hook up on some toads

I really don't fish for the LMB much nowadays but I decided a few weeks back I'd revisit them....soon on here I'll be back to rippin' some stripa' lips...

Ya never know though....when I get an itch...I scratch...I live near the goon so I go on over when .....I feel the need....ta make them Bleeed : )

(sorry Stripa term that just rolls off the lips !)

Ocean fish are comin up down the pipe too.....waiting for me "Yellows" and looking forward to some marlin possibly next season (prob september-ish)
