how about a calstar 800m jigstick, or 700ml live bait rod. seeker has 870 or 670 for baitstick. something in 20-40lb range would be good for you

get a calstar gg 270-8h rod. Its a 8' 15-40ls rod. Its a glass and graphite composite rod. you can flyline baits to throw surface iron on the rod. That and its lightweight which will match great w/ your reel. I have a fathom 25n on mine. I like it better then my phenix rods.

GFGRALG 800XL 8' -10 AFTCO LITE -FUJI - 10-25lb -Ex-Fast
I have this rod paired up with a Penn torque 12 star drag, its one of my fav`s great for fresh/inshore have it spooled with 17lb Berkly vanish gold floro.

Could be a tad on the light side for you, what are you going after?
That 14a is a nice reel

depends on your budget, check out the phenix hybrid line, fits well with the smaller trinis and it's light
