Skinner 4/25 just like on TV

You know those fishin' shows where the host pulls up to a likely spot, throws in his lure and Bam!? Then points out another spot and explains why there should be a fish there and sure enough? That's what Skinner is like right now for LMB. Hope we don't get too spoiled with the EZ fishin'. I did see one lone striper working the mouth of a cove, but by the time I got there he had moved along. Soon my friends soon.

I agree. It is fun at Skinner right now. Did you happen to see any of the fry or small baitfish at the east end? Could not tell what type of fish there were on Sunday? Maybe going again this Sunday.

No...u can't tube skinner....it is a "no contact" lake. Fishing is good everywhere right now!!

Kayaks yes I believe only the type that you can sit it. Not the ones that you sit on top. Canoes are allowed also.

Hookup, I saw one striper on the surface early in the morning. He took one swat at my topwater and was gone. At around 9:00 I saw one more on the south shore near the dam but couldn't get to him fast enough to cast to him.

Nice, PAW. I hit DVL Sunday, did OK, definitely want to hit skinner. It's fun piching the tullies. Any bluegill around? I need to throw my new shellcracker bluegill lure!
