I went out on Friday (4/20) and it was way too hot for April! We managed 18, mostly on Senko’s. Fished from open till about 1:30, when the sun kicked our butts. Fish were spawning and anywhere from 2’-15’. Biggest was 5.78lbs. Oh ya, I picked up a 1.78lb bluegill on a Senko. Fun!

Went out again today (4/23). Having sweat my @#$ off on Friday, I decided to wear shorts. The weather man said it was ok. Well, it was cold!!!! Was 5th inline, and the LMB was very s.l.o.w. to start. Fished for about 2 hours for stripers and picked up about 10 (2-5lbs). Decided the channel was way too cold, and needed some relief from the wind. Started to hit the coves. The action was very good! Between the 3 of us, picked up about 35 lmb. The fish were anywhere from 5’ -20’. Senkos and dropshot were the “go to.” Did manage to pick up 3 on the spinner. Biggest of the day was 4.5ish, mostly dinks. Left the lake at 3:00. Not a bad day, would be out there again on Friday but the Sierra Opener is here!

thanks for the report my cousin and i where out there too in shorts like retards ha ha... between the two of us we boated 33 largies biggest was a four.. we threw senkos and texas rigs

Sardines and about 200yds from the boey line. Cant miss the spot, its where all the boats are. Drop to the bottom, 120ftish.
