It is a oil injected 2-stroke... and I believe it IS NOT DVL approved.

Model year is 2000 and I believe only the 2001 and newer models are legal there. I don't know what the difference is between the 2 years though aside from the *** Sticker. They look exactly the same. This motor stats that it complies with 2000 EPA Emissions...

Again, I'd be willing to sell the setup without the motor if you want to hang a 2001 or newer outboard off of it.

Check out the first post guys... updated with some halfway decent pictures.

The only thing you don't see in these pictures is the 6' radio antenna that attaches to the CC the (2) 3-Rod holders that attached to each side of the battery box in front of the console.
