Tri City Park on the FLY

Was in the area photographing a car show and decided to check out Tri City Park. I saw some friends from the Pudd there and they put me onto some bass in the shallows. No takers today. I changed to my Olive Midge Glass bead head and worked all along the bank and managed to catch one very small bluegill in the upper pond. Saw some pods of carp also in the upper pond and they appeared to be chasing females. Saw some more bass on the banks but no hook ups.
