Can I go fishing at Green Valley offseason? Like right now? I know that facilities will not be there, but will someone still be collecting the $15?

You can fish GV all year. I believe off season, right now, price is $10.

from what a local told me that fishes there every day is that if no 1 is at the facilities it is no charge.... as long as the lake isn't frozen over.

Lake is open now, 10 bucks till they stock than it goes to 15. Lots of holdover fish in there right now. First stocking is coming in May.

I would think fishing would be slow since they haven't stocked, cause it gets fished out fast.
