Tried for two day to find the fish at Isabella.
All the trees are a long way from the water.
Dead trees in the middle of the lake standing in 7' of water.
Ran aground 200 yards from shore, Chewed up my prop pretty good.
Gave up on the lake and went up the river to fish.
Limited on trout in a couple of hours fishing Garlic Power bait.
Actually released 4 trout besides my limit.
Not a lot of water moving down the river.
Nice pools everywhere with the trout just waiting to bite.

Sorry to hear you ran aground, let me guess where, the western shore line. Thats the area where alot of people run into trouble because of all of the rocky points and the Boral canal. Hopefully it didnt do damage to your boat as well. I once saw a guy in a Skeeter center punch a rock that actually put a hole in his hull.

Such is life. Just bad timing on my part I suppose.
No damage to the boat but a new prop will run close to $100.
Guess the unexpected expense will keep me at home for the rest of the month.
