Went to my favorite lake and caught some nice fish....the spawn is right around the corner. All fish caught on creature baits, except two small ones that were caught on shakey heads. My friend and I got 10 fish total. I got a 4-7 and he got two nice ones, a 4-10 and a 4-14.

Nice job, boys! They're hittin' in the marina area as well, in the rocks.

any idea if its warm enough to tube out there yet. i got some new fins i need to try.

Good job out there . Any action on striper? Going out there wendsday night ganna try for bass and stripes.

That was a fun trip man. It was good to finally catch some more quality bass out of that lake.

Oh you were in one of those areas!
Full on spawn is still a week or 2 away I'd say eventhough there are a few showing up on beds, I saw swarms of males in shallow looking around just at dark the other day. The weather coming in should delay it a while.
I was wet wading over the weekend, no waders, but spending most of my life in the Pacific I'm used to cold water, although I didn't go deep enough to get the more sensitive parts wet!

Yep one of those areas. Luckily I got off easy. Can't wait to be up there this weekend.
