Ventura perch...tough weather... then my pb

Hit the beach this afternoon for a short session. Weather was bad, strong wind, big wave, lot of salads. When I just saw this condtion, I thought about giving up to go back home but hell...just gave it a try. I got a chunk of salad every cast I made then suddenly I got hit hard. I thought maybe another chunk of salad then I felt a tip of the rod that is pulling hard...landing her to the rock. here come my PB closed to 16 inches. Very nice pig. released her back to the sea....:Big Grin:
