Got there at about 8. Didn't hit the usual spot cause wind would've been blowing in my face .. So I hit the marina.. Sucked.. Lost a lot of drop shot weights so moved on.. Moved to another particular location on the south end and walked the shore... Managed 2 nice LMB.. One about 2lbs , the bigger one weighed in at 3.2lbs.. Lost 3 others, bit the tip of my worm, and tore the other 2 .. Their biting.. Definitely could be worse.. Fishing a tournament at DVL today..let you know how that goes....
I was out in the afternoon, the stripers came up for a while in the overcast and windy conditions.

By the way, tournament was off the good at DVL.. Fished Nationals.. 2nd place big fish out of 28 teams... We took tenth place... Nice day.. Bass were biting....

Yup 20 minutes from heaven!

BBZ's 8" floater got a couple about 2:30pm then the wind got way worse and it died down for me. Last night in better conditions got the skunk, pre-front is usually better I think.
