Spring break basically starts today for me and I finally was able to fish for the first time since last November. The rust definitely showed. Fished hard for 3 1/2 hours and went 2 for 3, having one break off just a few feet from me (along with a few more missed bites). All my bites came around at least 30 feet out. Shore guys definitely had to work harder and most I talked to only had 1-2 to show for their efforts. Nothing of size, but my 2nd fish was a chunky one for a 14'' LMB and it's nice to not get the skunk for my first session of 2012. A couple pics:
