Just wondering if there are any local bass tournaments around socal. Participated in trout derbies and catfish derbies but never a bass one.
Maybe shoreline bassin' is too hard or so huh?
But I still wanna get to know more info if anyone would like to share!

You should look into a bass club so u can get some experience as a non-boater in friendly club tourneys before u try a tournament. That way you can learn the ropes and how to fish with a fellow tourney angler.

The LA Bass Club used to have shore tourneys.

Apparently a stringer is the same as a livewell, but to each his own right?

We are having 6 bass tournaments on Big Bear Lake this year. Flyer below has the dates and basic info. Head on up and do some fishing, there has been some bass activity already and is only getting better as the water warms up.
