Thought I would try my luck at the Dam prior to closing yesterday from 5:30 - 6: 30. Not much time to try a whole lot of things, so I toughed it out with an Ika and a shakey worm. Saw some other guys working the drop shot. I worked the east side (the front parking lot) and got skunked. Oh well....weather was fantastic and the water is pretty clear. It'll get better.......and I'll be back.

Thanks for the Dam report! I've never pulled a non-stocked fish from that place.

I was there yesterday from 1:30-4:30 near lot 2
Saw a dude left with a trout. I got a hit on the crawler but didn't get a chance to set the hook.
Around three o'clock, my powerbait got a super hard hit and I set the hook,TROUT On! But within two seconds five cormorants came out from no where took my goddam trout! Those water thugs.
My dad was fishing for some carp but didn't get any solid bites.
Haven't seen any bass being pulled out from the dam for a while.
