Took my girlfriend out with me today for an hour at our local lake. She hooked up on a 3# right as we got to my spot, Then second cast out she hooked something big. It gave her a nice 4-5 minute fight, I knew it was pulling too hard for a DD LMB so i figured it was a huge cat (not the first time a DD cat took my plastic at this lake). We got it up to show its face and it was a dirty a$s CRAP! Laughed about it then threw it back in the drink. I then hook up on a 4.5# on a reaction bait, this one had some girth to it. a few cast after that my gf hooks up on a little 2 lber. The breeze started up and she and the dog were cold so we headed in after about an hour and a half. all in all it was a great fall day/bite.

Hey dude what was your girl using for bait? robo's? if so what color? my buddy mark caught a niiice carp on a purple robo @ skinner. that **** was pullin drag like crazy.. Nice bass 2 man.
