Lots of local stores have them. You can look at the Dealers list on phenixrods.com. TackleWarehouse.com has them on their website.

Savon-On tackle has or had that exact model you're looking for about 3 weeks ago. I physically had it in my hands when I was deciding whether to buy the 7'6 Elixer, 7'7 Mirage, or 7'6 TSR Loomis. I went with the TSR Loomis but the Elixer was very similar as far as action is concerned. The 7'7 Mirage was a little too flimsy for my liking. I don't recommend buying it online. Checking it out personally for imperfections is the way to go. Unless you don't care ticking guides against the blanks, scuffs, or misaligned guides that is.

Go with a TSR ... I'm not a big Phenix fan ... I bought one and found out that the 7'6 isn't any longer than my 7 foot GLooms (from reel to tip) ... jus sayin

I agree! I absolutely love my TSR rod! Used it for the first time last weekend up while up in the Sierras. I generally use UL rods between 5' or 6'6 feet at the longest so I was a little worried about the feel but I gotta say, the sensitively on the TSR was incredible. Especially for a 7'6 rod. I'm also a fan of some Phenix rods though. I love my 5'6 and 6'1 Mirage rods.
