Got up to the loop today around 10 to see a bunch of snow. Fished the shoreline at gull while it was snowing picked up a few on my own custom worms in chart w/ a gold flake! Got a few on bouyonts! It died for a bit so I tossed out a powermouse and was gettin picked up on that ,those I kept for dinner. Biggest fish was maybe 17 inches. Props to the guys next to me got a 4lb alper! Ill be fishing rush and grant tomorrow stay tuned!

Looks cold! The place looks deserted. I would love to be up there this time of year, as long as I had a nice fireplace to come home to...

Your post gives me hope, I will be there next weekend. Where at Gull did you fish, playground side or fishermans trail across the lake.
Thanks Bill

Fished by the playground will probably fish backside tomorrow for a bit! Guess they had a pen of alpers they were holding but it freezes over where they keep em so they let em out a couple days ago! Weather next week looks pretty nasty too but its supposed to be a little warmer!

Bridgeport Res is awesome this time of year but you'll need to bring a boat or float tube since the marina closed on Oct 31. Using bait is the ticket, alot of weeds make shore fishing a little difficult although the dam area gets better this time of year.

I've been up there 3x the past 2 months, limits of 2-3 lb bows and some browns each day. The bows are all holdovers with red meat, great quality.
