Wondering if anyone has recently fished the ponds at Tijeras Creek golf course in Rancho Santa Margarita? I've seen a few threads on it, but they're all 3-4 years old. I've only been there a couple times but was wondering what everyone's input is on it.

Cool. 2.5-3 pounds? I've been meaning to try to fish golf courses, I tried Birch Hills @ brea, but no luck there. Thinking of trying Coyote Hills @ Fullerton soon.

Nice fish! I've been thinking about hitting this spot up closer to sundown. Have you been there lately? If so how's the fishing been? Do the neighbors seem to mind you fishing?

I think the good folks at the golf course would love to have a bunch of folks sampling their bass in the golf course water hazards. Golfers who pay big bucks to play in upscale communities love to share their space...makes for a more interesting golf game. It will go over real good until the first few smucks start leaving their trash next to the shore.

I think posting that picture will pretty much seal the deal for you.

Very nice golf course bass! You ever fish any of the millions of golf courses out in the Coachella Valley at all?
