View Full Version : Second Round of Trout Stocking at Irvine Lake!! Three days til the Opener

Well guys and gals the people here at Irvine Lake have been very busy getting the lake ready for the upcoming trout season. We stocked again today we have some very cool shots for you guys. Tried some diffrent things with camera angles and other stuff. But I think they turned out pretty cool.

Here is Jimmy Getty, asst mgr of Irvine Lake, prepping the pipe on the truck for the trout to come out.

In they go. We stocked both the main launch ramp in boat dock cove and the trout island ramp.

A really cool shot taken just underneath the pipe. Allmost looks like a surf shot except it looks like I am chasing the trout outta the tube.

What would an Irvine Lake report be with out the Magic Man himself. The Magic Man heard we would be stocking trout and was there to give his vote of approval. Here is man the myth the legend himself Mitz Onizuka pictured with Daniela Gavaldon, lake manager, and a nice stocker Rainbow.

We will be stocking two more times before the opener. The fish are defintley going to be ready for the opener. Cant wait for Friday to get here.

Im sure there will be some BIG BOYS for this opener. I think there is still 2 more stockings before the opener.

They stock the Big fish at the end of the Vip day after everyone has fished that way all of the Vip'ers can go down and watch them get stocked.

Man am I glad trout season is back!!! Unfortunatly I will be missing most of Nov.:Angry: But trout season is long and I can't wait to slay some trout with my Team 57 peeps.
