I like my Loomis Swimbait rods. If your not looking to spend that much maybe you should considered the Okuma Big Bait Rod?http://www.tacklewarehouse.com/descpageRDCOKUMA-OGSBBR.html?from=bassman

I have an Okuma Guide Select series swimbait rod 7'6" 15-30lb. 1-5oz. lures. Only problem with rod is the hook keeper broke off but has no effect on action whatsoever. Good condition and lifetime warranty from Okuma. They are local in Ontario in case you break the rod on a fish. Great rod for the big heavy baits. Let me know. $65
