Hit the HB pond Saturday morning. Lots of other fishermen out, probably because they just stocked cats. One guy already had 3 by the time i got there at dawn (630ish). More people showed up as the sun came out. Caught a dink bass deep in the reeds, but no other bites all morning. At least i beat the skunk. Met a couple other bass fishermen, they were cool. Lot of dead carp too. Saw about 10. Usually see dead catfish, but today was carp. All juvenile, about 8-10 inches. Odd.
