Pt. Dume 10/23/11 am

got to Pt Dume to meet up with Robert/Bobbie around 7:30 to a really foggy beach.. but small waves, minimal salad, cleanish waters...

turned out to be a great, great morning out on the sand... we caught too many bsp's and some other species including walleyes/smelt/sanddab/mackerel this am... never had so much fun and it looked like my dad was smiling or hooting/hollering the whole time! :lol:

was fun to have nice perch and walleyes hit the MORF grub on a semi-fast retrieve! we were getting multiple hits on the retrieve!

the bite kept going... and we decided to leave them biting to head off for lunch... thanks so much Robert for treating us to a great salad/pizza/pasta lunch!!

What's the best tide for Pt Dume? I've never fished there before....

we've always done well on the incoming tide... usually start fishing about 2 hrs before peak high tide and maybe an hour or so after...
