What's the rules of people selling their products on this board?

I've seen discussion on people selling their services, products, etc and being either reprimanded ... bounced from the board ... or just totally allowed without anything being said.

I'm not in charge ... and don't have an opinion ... just curious and wondering ...

Unless youre a paying sponser ,you cant sell youre products or services on the board, many have tryed cheating the system and end up getting banned ,some try the same thing over and over from board to board..........
