Crawfish/Crawdads

Curious if all the lakes in the Sierras have crawfish. Would be fun for my boys to try catching some on their first visit to the Sierras ini two days. Our first day will be at Southlake and Rock Creek. Wondering if there's also crawfish - after they catch their first brookies...:LOL:
