My brother in law and i decided to hit up corona for some good ol trout.. we got to the line around 5:50 so there was a good a amount of cars ahead of us... once we got in we headed straight to the dam side lucky we found an Rv that was leaving so we asked if we could fish there and they said it was fine... First pole was in the water around 6:30 15 mins later bendo... first fish in the basket .. I had a good feeling it was going to be a good day.. around 8:30 both of us had the 10 fish in the basket..... ppl next to us wernt having much luck as i talked to them they told me it was their first time trout fishing and they had all the wrong gear.. so what did we do.. we helped them get some fish so we didn't have to leave early.. i even let the son reel in some fish so he could experience the nice fight they put up ... they ended up taking 10 also.. so our total was 20 fish and we called it a day at 12:00 . All fish were caught on power bait (anything with garlic scent) and power mouses. biggest fish for me was a 3 1/2 pounder.. this thing put a hell of a fight on my UL set up . Sorry no pics as we left the camera at home but it was a great day.. thanx corona for the early trout and they were all nice fish nothing under 18"
