I have a pair of the Toro 50's and they don't leave much to be desired. Just the other week I was in a wide open giant bonito bite (to 6-9lbs) at SCI and the Toro 50 on a Phenix Inshore Assassin made for quick work of these powerful beasts. They are super smooth with more drag than you'd ever need. Depending on what you're using it for, the 60 might be overkill, especially with the line capacity that spectra allows.

Ya that's true might be a little overkill.... im going to check them out next week but im sure the 50 series will be fine....do you run a leader off your spectra???

I have 3 Revo's 1 is the Toro 60... Great Reels with all the up to date features & awesome IMHO...
My 60 is my swimbait reel and off shore paddy reel...

They do have an issue with the Kick lever being defective on many models of Revo....
You will know when it wont go back into gear that the Kick lever has chipped away...
Replacement lever is only $2.50 + shipping, PITA to replace, but worth it.....

Revo kick lever

NEW part number is 1156749 and they are available for $2.50 each plus s&h.
Total about $6.50 ---- 1-800-228-4272..

I replaced mine before they went out..
In fact, replaced 2 of the 3 right out of the box new....
But I do a tear down on all my new reels and Pre-use service them to Alan Tani specs...
