I've been fishing Santa Monica Pier, and the Marina Del Ray Jetty at night recently. Santa Monica is too crowded especially on a Saturday night. I enjoy the Del Ray Jetty, but haven't caught much more than a bunch of Thornbacks, an eel, and a little stingray.
Any other good night fishing spots? I have Anchovies and Squid.

Have you tried any beach's at night.
Many beaches are closed nowadays at a certain time.
When the Squid were at Newport we got booted out at 10 pm.
WTF first time in my life getting booted off a beach.

I have never beach fished before, I would like to try it though. There is a beach 20 feet away from where i fish at Del Rey, But I always fish the Jetty side. I did go fishing last night.
