Hello Everyone!

I didn't know which section to post this under but I wanted send my condolences to the family members of Dave Caouette who was killed yesterday in Seal Beach. Actually, I want to send my condolences to all of the families of the others that were killed as well in this senseless act. It's just a shame and really puts life in perspective. I did not know Dave personally but he was an avid off-road enthusiast like myself and I would occasionally read his trip reports on some off-road Land Rover message boards. I drive a lifted 100 Series Land Cruiser but still love checking out any off-road trail reports. I did not know that Dave was also an fisherman as well until I saw a picture of his shot up Land Rover and saw a rod mounted inside his car. It reminded me of my own since I also have some rods always mounted inside of my ride as well.

R.I.P. Dave!

RIP to all involved. I went to high school with 3 of those girls. What a selfish act. These types of acts stick with you for a long time and some, never recover completely. My prayers go out to all the families involved.
