Went down to Balboa last night between Midnight and 2. Me and my girl combined 50+ Macks easy. They were hittin as soon as the bait touched water. It was too easy... but still very fun!!

Actually you could be cited for diving inside the POLB unless your working, or cleaning
a boat at a marina. DR
