I'm still trying to convince the wife that 150 is worth a day of fishing...... I don't think she's buying it.

uh not just fishing, bk, steak lunch, boat, raffle, limited people on lake. if I fished the ocean on an overnight would play
the 150+, battle the cattle, plus fish cleaning, tips, galley bill.........Irvine seems like a deal to me. Oh yah, I will be there
just like last year.......thanks Irvine.

:Confused:Yeah, but you're catching TROUT.
That $150 would pay for 7 regular trips.
I, do not understand the attraction to such an over priced event (V.I.P. - Very Insane Person) but apparently some of you do.
tight lines.....

So it's $150 per person? and it includes a rental boat? I have my own little boat so i don't need a rental. I would rather have them take off the $65 and just charge me to launch (saves $55 per person). I would like to go to this but $300 for me and my girlfriend to catch 10 trout is a little high. Can you (Irvine lake staff) have a price for with and without a boat? It;s hard times and we are all looking for a little help. How about $120 without getting a rental?
'Just asking.....

Last years VIP Day was an amazing event and worth every penny. Can't wait for this years private opener. I'm ready to get that 1st crack at putting a beating on all those thousands and thousands of pounds of trout they'll be stocking for the opener.

I'll see all you other crazy folk out there for another day of good times and great fishing at my favorite lake, the Vine!
