So we hit the water around 3:30 got to our spot, baited and dropped by 5:30. Red tide was killer and nasty, but we fished the heck out of the holes we know caught 35 shorts and Um maybes but tossed them to get just a little bigger. we ended out night with 14 bugs between three dudes. Worth the constant pulling and moving. hit the docks around 12am. DFG stopped by and checked us out and was surprised said we had the most out of any hoopnetter they saw tonight. outta the 20 boats before us the most they saw was 4.. so i guess 14 was a GREAT number. will try posting pics later. going to hit the water a little later when red tide leave hopefully get some more.
